These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of 3D printing services provided by Nexzellenz Technologies LLP ("Nexzellenz") through its website. By accessing or using the 3D printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the services.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the 3D printing services provided by Nexzellenz Technologies LLP, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions provided by Nexzellenz.

2. Service Description: Nexzellenz offers 3D printing services through its website, allowing users to upload designs and order custom 3D printed objects.

3. User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for ensuring that the designs they upload for 3D printing do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents. Nexzellenz will not be liable for any infringement caused by the designs provided by users.

4. Design Ownership: Users retain ownership of the designs they upload for 3D printing. However, by uploading a design, users grant Nexzellenz a non-exclusive license to reproduce and distribute the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling the user's order.

5. Order Acceptance: Nexzellenz reserves the right to accept or reject any order for 3D printing services at its sole discretion. Upon acceptance of an order, Nexzellenz will provide an estimated timeline for completion.

6. Payment: Users agree to pay the specified fee for the 3D printing services ordered. Payment must be made in full before Nexzellenz begins processing the order.

7. Shipping: Nexzellenz will ship the completed 3D printed objects to the address provided by the user. The user is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Nexzellenz is not liable for any delays or damages occurring during shipping.

8. Quality Assurance: Nexzellenz will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the 3D printed objects meet the specifications provided by the user. However, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur. Nexzellenz does not guarantee an exact match to the user's specifications.

9. Refunds and Returns: Refunds or returns will only be provided in cases where the 3D printed objects do not meet the specifications agreed upon by Nexzellenz and the user. Users must notify Nexzellenz of any issues within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or return.

10. Limitation of Liability: Nexzellenz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its 3D printing services.

11. Modification of Terms: Nexzellenz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the 3D printing services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
